Remote Access

Three Ways to Connect to Your Cloud Mac

Whether you use browser VNC, SSH, or a third-party client, get access credentials from the console and switch remote Mac connection methods as needed.

Web VNC

Browser Remote Desktop

One-click GUI from the console—no install needed. Best for first setup, App Store installs, and GUI tasks.

SSH

Terminal (SSH)

Copy the access command and run it in your local terminal—ideal for CI scripts, headless builds, Homebrew bulk installs, and automation.

Client

Third-Party VNC Clients

Tools like RealVNC and Jump Desktop offer lower latency and smoother video—you configure them inside macOS yourself.

Log in to the console, open instance details, and click "Browser VNC" to launch the remote desktop in-page—no software install required. On first connect, enter the VNC password from the Access Info section.
Copy the full command from Access Info on the instance details page, e.g.: ssh admin@<public IP> -p <port> Run it in macOS / Linux Terminal or Windows PowerShell, enter the password, and you are in the macOS shell.
Yes. You have full macOS admin access—configure RealVNC Viewer, Jump Desktop, Remotix, or enable native Screen Sharing. These usually offer lower latency and smoother video than browser VNC.
Try in order: ① Confirm your network can reach the internet; ② Close the current VNC session and click "Browser VNC" again in the console; ③ Restart the instance and wait 2–3 minutes before reconnecting. If still stuck, submit a ticket with your browser version and OS.
Provisioning

Cloud Mac Rental: From Order to First Remote Login

After payment is confirmed, the system assigns a Mac mini M4 physical machine and completes macOS setup automatically—no manual review. Remote access in 1–5 minutes.

  1. Configure & pay

On the order page, select node and rental period, add SSD or TB5 clustering if needed, and pay via USDT-TRC20 or Stripe card.

  2. Wait for Auto-Provisioning

The platform assigns hardware and configures the environment within 1–5 minutes. When status becomes "Running", email delivers public IP and access credentials.

  3. Access via Console

Log in to the console, open instance details, and connect via VNC or SSH—see the Remote Access section.

Automated provisioning usually completes within 1 to 5 minutes after payment is confirmed. If no instance appears after 10 minutes, submit a ticket immediately with your order number.
On the instance details page, use Power On, Power Off, or Restart at the top—actions usually take effect within 30 seconds. If status doesn't update, refresh and retry.
The Device Info section on instance details shows Apple M4 (10-core CPU), 16 GB unified memory, 256 GB NVMe SSD (including purchased expansion), 1 Gbps dedicated bandwidth, public IPv4, and data center node.
Billing & Renewal

Rental Pricing & Payment

Four flexible billing tiers, same price at all five global nodes, USD settlement, no contract lock-in or hidden fees.

Standard Mac mini M4 (16 GB / 256 GB) same price globally:
Mac mini M4 four-tier billing prices (USD)
Rental period Base price Daily average
Daily$21.5$21.50 / day
Weekly$57.9Approx. $8.27 / day
Monthly Popular$107.3Approx. $3.58 / day
Quarterly$291.9Approx. $3.24 / day
View full pricing (including SSD & TB5 add-ons)
After logging in to the console, the sidebar lists all orders and run status; click an order to see the expiry date. Payment and renewal history is on the Transaction History page.
Weekly / monthly / quarterly subscriptions auto-renew by default with email reminders before expiry. You can turn off renewal anytime on instance details; service stops at the end of the current period. Daily rentals are one-time payments with no auto-renewal.
  • USDT-TRC20—After checkout you are redirected to an on-chain payment address; payment completes once the chain confirms.
  • Stripe credit card—Visa, Mastercard, American Express processed by Stripe; JexMac does not store full card numbers.
Yes. Add SSD expansion (+1 TB / +2 TB) or Thunderbolt 5 clustering anytime on instance details in the console—effective immediately. To change billing period, place a new order after the current period ends.
Hardware & Nodes

Mac mini M4 Standard Config & Five Data Centers

Each cloud Mac is a real Mac mini M4 physical machine. Singapore / Tokyo / Seoul / Hong Kong / US East nodes share identical hardware and pricing—only location and network latency differ.

Processor

Apple M4 · 10-core

Memory

16 GB unified memory

System Disk

256 GB NVMe

Network

1 Gbps · Dedicated IPv4

AI Compute

38 TOPS NPU

Region

Singapore · Tokyo · Seoul · Hong Kong · US East

After connecting via browser VNC to the remote macOS desktop, install Xcode from the App Store or run xcode-select --install in Terminal for command-line tools. You have full admin access to configure signing certificates and simulators. Large projects may need SSD expansion for enough disk space.
100% dedicated physical machine—no virtualization, no overselling. Each user gets a real Mac mini M4 in the data center; CPU, 16 GB memory, and storage with no hypervisor overhead.
No. Each device gets a dedicated public IPv4 and 1 Gbps exclusive bandwidth. For multi-machine networking, add Thunderbolt 5 clustering to link multiple Mac minis on the same node via an 80 Gbps physical link.
Choose the nearest region for your users to reduce latency:
SingaporeSoutheast Asia workloads, stable cross-border connectivity
Japan (Tokyo)Low latency in East Asia—ideal for Japan market and iOS review environments
Korea (Seoul)Serves developers in Korea and nearby regions
Hong KongFriendly access for South China users
US EastNorth America coverage—ideal for global products and TestFlight releases
Optional add-on: physically interconnect multiple Mac minis on the same node at 80 Gbps—ideal for build farms, render clusters, and distributed AI inference. Select on the order page or add to a running instance in the console. See pricing add-ons for rates.
Yes. You have full macOS administrator access—install Homebrew, Xcode, App Store apps, and any third-party software. For a specific OS version, contact support for assistance.
Account Security

Sign Up, Login & Password

Registration and sign-in use a site-wide modal—no separate login page. One account manages multiple remote Macs.

Click Log in / Sign up at the top of the page, enter your email, and the system recognizes new vs. returning users. New users complete signup with email verification and a password, then can rent immediately.
In the sign-in modal, enter your email and click "Forgot password?"—the system sends a verification code. Enter the code and set a new password to complete reset.
Click your avatar in the top nav, choose "Change Password" from the menu, or visit the change password page, enter your current and new password, and save.
Yes. One account can order and manage multiple Mac minis—the console shows all instances with status, expiry, and credentials; each device has its own power controls.
Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting & Contact Engineers

For connection issues or unresponsive instances, try the steps below first; if still stuck, contact 7×24 live support via ticket or email.

Submit via the console ticket system with your account email and order number—engineers respond within 1 hour. Or email support@jexmac.com; all inquiries are handled by humans.
  1. On instance details, click "Restart", wait 2–3 minutes, then retry;
  2. If still unresponsive, "Shut down", wait 30 seconds, then "Power on";
  3. Confirm your local network can reach the internet;
  4. If none of the above works, submit a ticket with your order number and screenshots.
JexMac uses dedicated physical machine architecture—data stays on exclusive hardware. OpenClaw sandbox provides operation-level isolation and audit logs for AI Agents; remote access uses zero-trust identity verification. Secure disk erase runs automatically when rental ends or you offboard. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for details.
JexMac commits to 99.9% service availability (SLA). All data centers have redundant power and multi-path networking. For platform-caused downtime, request SLA handling via ticket. Planned maintenance is announced by email in advance.
